Our experienced instructors Petra & Carlos Coste will guide you during 3 days of training sessions focused on advanced equalization, depth adaptation, energy optimization, and mental techniques to explore new depths.

  • The experience starts on Saturday 11th at 08:30 AM and ends on Monday 13th at 2:30 PM.

  • Everyday activities start at 08:30 am, and end around 2:30 pm

  • The package includes three days on a comfortable boat with shade

  • Our objetive is to provide you with a high-quality experience with safety standards.

  • Maximun 3 students per buoy.

  • Depth Range: 12 - 41m

  • Every day starts with dry warm on land including breathwork, EQ training, and mental preparation

  • Video & photo extraordinary footage of your whole experience is included.

  • Hydration and healthy snacks/fruits are included every day

  • Basic freediving certification is required.
